Week 2: Understanding Attachment Styles

This week is about helping people finally understand why they love the way they do, why relationships can feel so intense or painful, and how early experiences shape emotional connection.

This week, you’ll explore attachment styles—one of the most powerful factors influencing how you think, feel, and behave in relationships.

Your attachment style is shaped by your early experiences and plays a major role in who you’re drawn to, how you connect, and how you respond to closeness, distance, and conflict.

As you move through this week, you’ll begin to understand not only yourself on a deeper level, but also the behaviours of the people you’ve been in relationships with.

WEEK 4 – When Love Ends: Understanding Heartbreak

Healing from loss, understanding grief, and learning why heartbreak hurts so deeply.

So far we've looked at understand our patterns, and attachment styles and where the patterns came from. Now it's time to look at why letting go feels so incredibly difficult.

Everyone experiences heartbreak differently, yet most people have never been taught what is happening in their brain or body.

Heartbreak is one of the most painful emotional experiences we can go through. It can leave us questioning our worth, replaying conversations, longing for answers, and wondering why moving on feels impossible. It doesn't just affect our emotions; it impacts our body, our nervous system, our sleep, our confidence, and the way we see ourselves and the future.

But heartbreak isn't a sign that you're weak. It's a sign that you've experienced loss. Whether you've experienced the end of a long-term relationship, the loss of someone you loved, or the disappointment of a relationship that never became what you hoped it would, your grief is valid.

This week, you'll discover why heartbreak affects both your mind and body, why it can feel so addictive to hold on, and how understanding the grieving process can help you begin to move forward with greater compassion for yourself. Rather than trying to "get over it," you'll learn how to gently move through it—one step at a time.

Day 22: Why Does Heartbreak Hurt So Much?
Day 23: Love, Dopamine & Emotional Withdrawal
Day 24: Understanding the Grief of Heartbreak
Day 25: Letting Go of the Future You Imagined
Day 26: Closure
Day 27: Emotional Release

Week 5 - Finding Safety Within

Understanding Emotional Regulation & Your Nervous System

This week takes everything we've explored so far and brings it into the mind-body connection.

You've learned about attachment, childhood experiences, heartbreak and grief. Now I'm going to help you to understand why your emotions can sometimes feel bigger than your ability to manage them; I'll give you practical tools that you can actually use.

Day 29: What Is Emotional Dysregulation?
